Day 5: 22.01.2011

It's our daily dose of 50嵐 as we walked down to 西門町 for my much needed 老天祿 for the braised duck wings, egg, drumstick and bean curd. -slurps-











Walked around 西門町 then it's down to 後山埤 purely for 鬍鬚張魯肉飯. Totally no idea where the other outlets are, thus the need to travel all the way to 後山埤 just for it.








We totally have no idea where we should go after that, since we have to change our itinerary. Gabby then mentioned the book "Dos & Don'ts in Taiwan" which he spotted in PageOne (@ Taipei 101). We wouldn't want to travel all the way back to Taipei 101 just for the book. Thus, after giving Pam a call for guidance, we headed down to 誠品書店 @ 忠孝敦化. But we left with much disappointment as we couldn't locate the book. It's to Starbucks again for a rest before heading down to 忠孝復興 for 新東陽's pastries and again to 鼎泰豐 for more souvenirs.




















Stopped over at 新光三越 at 台北車站 to get my grilled cuttlefish before heading back to the hotel for a short rest. Headed out to 西門町 yet again for dinner and last shopping.

Lastly to Carrefour to get all the necessary items to bring back to Singapore
