so it's finally confirmed, bookings made and now it's the waiting and preparing period for our all girls' virgin trip to hong kong together~!! we finally made it happened ever since we had discussed about going on a trip together don't know how many donkey years ago. hurhur! i'm so excited and happy on going the trip with the girls!!! guess it'll surely be super loads of fun...!

met up with shem and liqing at people's park complex yst to make our bookings. chose ASA Holidays as the price for the free&easy package is really reasonable compared to other agencies puikwan and i had checked with earlier on last thursday. SA tours had even quoted us $844+... which we find it too ex! luckily we get to know of ASA holidays due to the recent advertising on TV. so booking made, and we'll depart on the 19th July and back on 23rd July....! darn excited can!

went separate ways with shem and liqing after the booking which gabby and i went for our late lunch before heading down to the NDP'07 rehearsal. it's was scorching hot over there as it's just beside the sea! but neverthless, the beautiful scenery made up for it. hurhur... i liked the view of the sky scrappers at marina the most in singapore! so taking photos here and there made me forget about the heat soon. hehe...

"FANTASTIC & BEAUTIFUL!" can be used to describe the NDP'07 parade! there's one part where 2 apache flew past us then was side by side, and the apache salutes the nation! looks real cute! i like the apache! the rest of the parade was colourful and loads of surprise! they really made full use of the sea as part of the celebration. if all the future NDPs are held at marina, it would be real nice!

the rehearsal then ended at about 8.30pm and we headed for our dinner before meeting up with shem & roy for our movie, 'transformer'. fantastic movie with all the actions throughout the show! the bumble bee transformer looks cute with the "shhhhh" action during one of the part. i also like the part where its transformed itself from an old car to a Chevrolet! COOL~!
