so it was down to settlers cafe with gabby, shem, royston, minglong, liqing and mj on sat night. the games we played this time wasn't as fun as the previous time. but "first hand" is still such a hilarious game! went to "tong shui" cafe at liang seah street after the games for our supper. stayed there chit chatting for a while then went to test drive roy's vios around the carpark while also deciding where we shall head next as well. minglong then suddenly came up with the idea of going to east coast park after liqing left. so voila, it's down to east coast~! drove down to the far end of east coast and chose a spot at one of those breakwaters. such a long time since we actually went to a beach to relax and chat under the stars with the sea breeze. a very nice feeling where we can also overlook at planes flying over us! finally left east coast at 5am.... lunch today was exceptionally long. TG had to go down to bugis for some issues, so he brought us along. had our lunch at a taiwan eatery. tried their "lu rou fan (stewed meat rice)" and it's yummilicious! definately will go there again with the gabby! so after that, sweety and I had to shopped around bugis while waiting for TG. ended up with some damages to the bank account again. hurhur... recently, sweety and I had been trying to look for dark chocolates with 75% cacao and above, as chocolates with 75% and above cacao is healthier and can aid in losing weight. so, we saw this meiji chocolate with 86% cacao and decided to give it a try. we also saw one with 99% cacao, and decided we shall try our limit! in the end, we regret like hell as it's really bitter to the max, all coz it's 99% cacao and NO SUGAR is added! it's the worse chocolate i've ever eaten in my life!! no more 99% cacao chocolates, I SWEAR!! ended up walking around bugis for about 2 hours? till we had no place to go before TG is done and we only finally reached back office at 4pm. hurhur... what a long long lunch.... ![]() retro looking cereals that cost $8.95!! ![]() the chocolates we bought recently. the first one is the best! somewhere too far for us to find. |
